I used to work out to lose weight, but after the life changing discovery of the tribe i have so much fun exercising! now i workout because it make me feel good! they always change up the classes so it’s never boring & always a challenge! i feel so much strength in my body and can feel my stamina grow. my favourite thing to stream is officially
