FAQs

 1) When and where will the classes take place ?

The classes will take place everyday from Mon-Fri
→ 7:30 Am – HIIT/Functional Training
→ 7:00 Pm – Dance Cardio & Pilates
The classes will be held LIVE via the Zoom app which can be accessed by your
desktop / tablet & phone.

2) What happens once I register ?  Will I be added to a WhatsApp group ?

Once the registration is completed & payment made, you will be added to a WhatsApp group the evening before your start date.
On the group you will receive all the session update and be part of the community that pushes each other to be the best version of themselves.

3) Can I attend all the sessions
throughout the week ?

The best part of the all access plan is that is allows to attend as many classes and be part of various forms of exercise on a daily basis. To put it simply , you can do as many sessions in a day as you please

4) What kind of equipment would I need before I begin ?

Since we cover a wide range of various exercises , our classes incorporate weight training and resistance training as well. For the same , you could keep dumbbells of any weight you are comfortable with or even use two 1Litre water bottles.

Ankle weights & Mini resistance loops are optional as well.

5) How will I get my Tailor Made Nutrition plan ?

As soon as you register , our in-house Nutritionist will get in touch with you and guide you through the process. After understanding your dietary requirements and keeping your health goal into consideration , you will be emailed your Tailor Made Nutrition Plan. Our Nutritionist will also follow up regularly to ensure you’re consistent with your plan.

6) What do I do if I miss a live session ?

You can request the offline link to any of the sessions by simply personally whatsapping our Team ( the contact will be provided on joining ) OR request to be added to our Broadcast list. The link can be accessed on the desktop / tablet or phone and will be active for 36 hours and will be sent to you 60 minutes after completion of the session.

7) How do I speak to my coaches ?

All our coaches can be easily approachable and will guide , motivate & help you through your fitness journey.

8) What is the best part of The Tribe ?

The community , The vibe , The energy each client has with one another and the coaches.

9) What should I do on a Sunday ?

If you’ve been consistent throughout the week , ideally use the Sunday to rest and recover , if not , the session links are active for you to workout

10) What is the refund policy?

There will be NO REFUNDS & the slots are non-transferrable.
